We have an incredible, dedicated staff at The Perfect Dress. Each of our team members loves all things bridal and is passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our bride. Each of our stylists here at The Perfect Dress has been trained as a bridal specialist and are here to guide you in finding the perfect dress!
Trillian is one of our amazing Store Owners! She has the vital job of hand-selecting each and every gown that enters our store. She is constantly keeping our brides (that’s you!) in mind while curating our inventory. Trillian found her passion for bridal after watching the movie Parent Trap. Seeing the mom as a famous British gown designer sparked her desire for the industry!
Victoria started her career in the wedding industry planning and coordinating wedding events. Slowly, she found a deepened love and appreciation for all things bridal! Her favorite part of her job is seeing the happiness in a bride’s smile when she has found her perfect dress. In her free time, she loves to paint – you may have even seen some of her artwork in our boutique!
Kimberly is a Tennessee native and has been in the bridal industry since she was eight years old when her parents opened a bridal boutique. Kim is all in when it comes to weddings – from being a co-owner of The Perfect Dress, to co-owner of Chapel Creek Events, to wedding planning in between. She prides herself with exceptional customer service and personal attention. “I just want every bride to have a perfect day wearing the perfect dress!”

I’m drawn to classy, elegant gowns with sparkle, intricate beading, and a stunning open back. Martina Liana is my favorite designer because every gown feels so thoughtfully detailed. After years of working front-of-house retail, I now love being behind the scenes in customer care and shipping, helping make each bride’s experience special from start to finish.

After years of working in retail and styling clients, shopping for my own wedding dress made me fall in love with bridal instantly.

I worked in bridal salons in New York before moving to Florida, and my love for bridal goes back to my mom, who was a bridal gown and wedding trousseau seamstress in Italy.
